We are going to restart our monthly lunch and breakfast meetings!!!……
Today Maryland reached less than 1% positivity rate for the Coronavirus. Things are opening back up safely. Based on a survey done just over a month ago, 46% said they were comfortable meeting at that time at Golden Corral and 27% said they would be if things keep improving.
Things have been improving quickly so it is time to start back to the Golden Corral for our First Friday lunches and Second Saturday breakfast meetings.
We are going to start this coming Saturday the 12th at 8:30am at the Golden Corral by the FSK mall. For those that always come early… The Golden Corral currently does not have the same hours as before the Pandemic. During the week they do not open until 11am. On the weekend they open at 8am.
According to the website, you still need to wear a mask until you are at your table. There is no mention of other safety precautions that are being enforced. They were limiting each table to only 4 people. If that is still being enforced then we might not be able to put tables together like we have in the past. We will have to figure it out once we get there.
For those that are not familiar with how we met in the past. We meet the first Friday of every month at 11:30am and the second Saturday of every month at 8:30am. After you pay, make a left and we are normally in the back left section just beyond the salad bar.
